With particular experience in collaborating with the education and health sectors, Philippa has pioneered a leadership development model and designed a number of bespoke qualifications with the Institute of Leadership and Management. She has designed over 150 management, leadership and communications programmes.

In 2001 she took her work to South Africa and initiated links with the American Management Association, for development of ‘Operation Enterprise’ in Europe. Ken is an experienced Trainer, Consultant and Interim Manager with a wealth of experience at Director level within Healthcare, Plastics and Consultancy Organisations. He has a Masters Degree in Adult Development and Training. Ken has completed successful projects on motivating others, evaluation of development programmes, and refocusing disaffected workers.

Ken specialises in coaching and mentoring programmes for senior managers covering assessment, strategic thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.

Neil is a Sales Training Specialist with over 20 years sales and management experience with proven experience of designing and delivering effective sales training solutions that deliver immediate results.

He has a real passion to help individuals and sales teams become more effective – his training is delivered with high energy and is completely relevant, his sessions are designed in line with companies goals so that they deliver immediate results. His main areas of expertise are consultative B2B sales delivery & design, objection handling, sales for non-sales staff, presentation Skills and negotiation & influencing skills.

Neil is not a standard “chalk & talk” trainer, he believes that skills should be developed by “doing” and designs programmes that reflect this. Since 2004 he has developed sales individuals and teams in various industries, with trainees going on to win National ISMM Sales awards.

Previously 28 years a manager with Barclays Bank at senior level. David has 20 years training experience, specialising in sales, service, motivational practices and procedures, management and leadership skills, training of trainers, research analysis and Consultancy in Operational Rigour. Experienced in Media presentations, particularly Radio and public broadcasting

David has presented training courses in numerous countries throughout Eastern Europe. He is a consultant to The Prince's Trust and shares his expertise with local businesses through both the Chamber of Commerce and Manchester Business Consortium. He is holder of a UK Home Office issued Consumer Credit Licence for the purpose of debt counselling and consultancy

Nick specialises in recruitment, selection and development Consultant

The first 25 years of Nick’s working life was in the law as a qualified solicitor where he had the dual role of practising litigation and running one of the largest law firms in the north of England. As a senior partner he was responsible for HR matters including recruitment, training and appraisals.

As a recruitment and development consultant Nick has worked on projects for a number of large organisations both in the public and private sectors. In the Public Sector departments he has worked with include HM Treasury, The Home Office, Department for Transport, DWP and DEFRA. Since 2002, Julie has utilised this experience in her work as a training consultant and she now provides successful training, coaching and consultancy solutions to a wide range of businesses in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Her clients come from a variety of sectors including finance, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and education.

John is a professionally qualified business improvement consultant with more than 20 years experience across a variety of businesses in the Automotive, Defence, IT and Telecommunications Industries. He has worked across the full product lifecycle developing and implementing new business processes for customers, advocates a customer driven "lean" approach and consistently delivers results.
