Site Content

Much of the content of guest book and message board is provided by visitors to the site.

If you submit data for display on the Website you are responsible for ensuring that no data is uploaded or submitted which is untrue, defamatory, obscene or abusive or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable laws or rights of third parties.

You warrant that you have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that any data you upload or otherwise submit to the Website is free from viruses and anything else which may have a contaminating or destructive effect on any part of the Website or any other technology.

We reserve the right (without limiting our rights to seek other remedies) to remove offending material placed on the Website that we consider to constitute a misuse of the Website or which is otherwise harmful to other users of the Website.

Force Majeure

MJM Business Solutions Limited cannot be liable for any breach of its obligations contained above resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires, floods or damage (of its own or other premises) insurrection or riots, embargoes, destruction of or delays in transmission, inability to obtain supplies and raw materials requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').

MJM Business Solutions Limited agrees to give notice forthwith to its members upon becoming aware of an Event of Force Majeure such notices to contain details of the circumstances giving rise to the Event of Force Majeure.

If a default due to an Event of Force Majeure shall continue for more than 28 days then the party not in default shall be entitled to terminate the above terms. MJM Business Solutions Limited shall not have any liability to its members in respect of the termination of this agreement as a result of an Event of Force Majeure.  

Confidentiality

We shall treat all your information with the utmost care and all our consultants are strictly forbidden to make unauthorised disclosure of any information relating to your past, present or possible future interests.  They shall not disclose, publish or authorise others to publish any reports or information pertaining to its contract with you, without your prior written approval.

We reserve the right to advertise, market, and generally promote the work we carry out with you in our marketing endeavours.

Privacy

MJM Business Solutions Limited will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy.  Whenever you provide sensitive information, we will take reasonable steps to protect it. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage.

We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission.  However, we may need to provide your name and address to third parties that MJM Business Solutions Limited uses for the purposes of delivering specific services to you.

Fees Expenses & Payment

MJM Business Solutions Limited services are billed on a time and expense basis.  The fee covers work carried out on your premises or elsewhere, as specified separately.

The following expenses may be billed in addition to fees: rail and air travel at cost, car parking at cost, car travel expenses at 50p per mile, hotel accommodation when agreed, printing and reproduction if applicable, hire of films or equipment and any other expenses necessarily incurred.

We endeavour to pay all our suppliers within their terms and would like your support in helping us to achieve this: full payment should be received 30 days from invoice date.

Variation

Any variations must be agreed and confirmed in writing in advance of commencement of the work.
Should you change your mind and give notice you qualify for the following refunds on your investment:

Up to 6 weeks notice before any confirmed training event  - full refund.
Between 6 weeks and 2 weeks notice before any confirmed training event -50% refund.
Less than 2 weeks notice before any confirmed training event – no refund.

MJM Business Solutions Limited  will not be liable for any loss incurred to you as a result of cancellation.


Liability

MJM Business Solutions Limited operates through a process of facilitation and negotiation.   Any decisions and actions you take remain your responsibility and MJM Business Solutions Limited is not liable for any consequent loss arising from these actions.  You will, of course, ensure that you have sufficient employer’s liability insurance.

Copyright

MJM Business Solutions Limited retains the copyright in any reports, manuals or other materials that it might supply, unless a specific alternative is made with you in writing.

Consultants

We shall confirm appointments for delivery of our services  when we receive a purchase order or full payment in advance.
MJM Business Solution's consultants have been carefully chosen.  Whenever possible, we will endeavour to provide you with the consultants that you have requested, but there may be occasions when it is necessary to substitute our consultants with others. Where a specific consultant is scheduled to undertake the work and is unable to fulfil this commitment, MJM Business Solutions Limited will make every effort to replace him/her with another experienced consultant subject to the agreement with you.  Where Consultants cannot be replaced there will be no charge for the days involved.

Downloads

MJM Business Solutions Limited cannot be held responsible for determining the usability or compatibility of any downloadable resource or file stored or displayed on the site.  Any member downloading a file from this site does so at their own risk.  MJM Business Solutions Limited would like to hear of any resource that does cause a problem so that measure can be taken to rectify the situation.

Links

The MJM Business Solutions web site provides links to third party sites.  Since we do not control those websites, we cannot be held responsible for the content therein and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites.  Any linked web site that is found to provide inappropriate information or data will not be included as a link.  UK regulations apply to the content of this site and MJM Business Solutions reserve the right to omit for inclusion any site that does not comply.  Sites should display location, company and contact details, a reciprocal link back to MJM Business Solutions and a terms of conditions page or entry.

Spam and Spamming

Unauthorised harvesting emails from the MJM Business Solutions Limited site for the purpose of selling products or services is not permitted.  The sending of unsolicited emails to an individual for the purpose of selling a product or service is in direct contravention of the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications.  This is classed as Spamming.  MJM Business Solutions Limited reserves the right to investigate this practice with the relevant authorities and take appropriate action.  This may include the removal of a MJM Business Solutions Limited member from the site if they are found to be in contravention of this rule.
